Kenalog for cystic acne.. Sources?

What's up ladies and gents,

I get pretty severe cystic acne and have been treated with everything under the sun when it comes to dermatology. The best treatments that have kept me from going under the knife have been accutane and kenalog shots. Kenalog is very effective but treatment is expensive.

Trying to grab some injectable Kenalog of my own. Having a hell of a time tracking it down. Does anyone know if our sponsors carry it or where I can pick some up?

You'll be left with huge acne scars dude.
With repeated shots. Not good man trust me.

have u seen a laser dermatologist? Led light treatment?

I need another round of accutane bud.
Or high dose be (10 grams a day)

What's up man. I have. I've done the lasers, every med possible over the course of a decade.. The skin atrophy can be a concern but not if the dosing is right. I'm not gonna lie I'd rather deal with some atrophy over the expense of lancing, stitches, follow ups, etc.

I've ran 3 courses of accutane and have had good results from a low dose protocol as well. I actually think the low dosing is very effective if you've already ran a full course. Studies say they're equally effective since a course of accutane can be measured on comulative consumption of the drug.

I wish you luck in the battle. If you've ever got questions on a new procedure you're looking into PM me and I'll let you know if I've had experience with it or discussed it with my doc in the past.

I know this is a niche topic, but wanted to give an update. Tracked down what i needed and everything has worked out as planned. I've already saved a few hundred in doc visits so far.
