This will serve as my training log. Been a member here for a long time now and haven't really shared much of anything that I know (not that I'm some super knowledgeable person by any means). I'm a powerlifter my best full meet total so far is 1870. I compete raw. In that meet during my third attempt squat I tore my calve pretty bad and have basically been trying to fix that issue and other issues balance wise since then. That was October 2016. The past five months I've been completely off aas for the first time in years and have recently decided to push the gas again and see what I can do. My next meet will be in may.currently running all leopharmas gear currently on 900mg test e and 40mg dbol daily(just started this cycle a week ago after 5months off. Also running 5iu greytops also from Leo daily.

So as I've said the numbers and volume will go up pretty quick week to week just establishing my starting point. Also every night I do 3 sets of wall sits forcing my knees out the whole time, 60 shoulder extensions with a broom stick and a couple sets of body weight sissy squats. I do this just to try to keep my body healthy a bit.

Tonight is my heavier day. On my way to the gym in a bit figured I'd give some insight on my daily life to help go along with this. I'm married 3 sons work swing shift at an aluminum manufacturing plant. Usually 60-84 hour weeks. I'm also enrolled in college(part time,2 classes a semester) going for electrical engineering so someday I can switch to straight days and it lose any money doing so. My work is the reason I added hgh in. I'm 26 years old. I love my life how it is now but look forward to the day I don't have to be on swing shift and can have a normal life with my family. If I'm on shift I'm usually lucky to get five hours sleep with my shifts being 12 hours. This site helped me a lot in my life (lifting has been a big part of my life). I always after having kids and being married had a hard time balancing work family and lifting but I feel good about my balance now. Just as I said I look forward to the day I don't have to work as much. Not that I HAVE to now I just feel terrible turning down OT when I can earn more money for my family to have. Will update after training later.

Damn dude. Putting in that many hours at work AND 3 kids AND training AND college!!? I really don't know how you do it. I always miss workouts when I work more than 40 hrs and feel shitty if I miss out on time with my son.

I have a pretty bad addictive personality and have to be basically overwhelmed with things that I'm doing now or I'll find bad stuff to fill the empty time. With school and college I just focus on the long term. College will help me get a day shift electrician job at my work not going over 50 hours a week making the same or a little more than I make now, also helping me to spend a lot more time with my boys who currently are 5years,3years and 8 months. Its easy when I focus on the long term. As far as training I just love it so much and is the same as eating really to me as far as importance in my life. I feel getting into lifting young really helped give me my drive I have in life today.

Again just getting use to everything still. My workout schedule is basically hard and heavy (relative, it'll get heavier fast each four week cycle) for three weeks then one week deload. Also will be taking hgh out. Around my eye every Monday has been just blowing out blood vessel wise to where it looks like I have a black eye. Blood pressure is good the only thing that's different from any other time I've been training harder is the hgh. Feels like there's pressure around my eyes and I'm not interested in dealing with it. Sucks as I'm only through one of 9 kits but it's just not going well with me for some reason.

Great total! What weight class do you compete in?

275. I'm usually lighter I just don't like cutting weight and really don't feel like I'm strong enough to justify going through that yet. I did cut weight once and did pr my total but tore a muscle. Some day I plan on dieting down in between meets and becoming a 242 lifter.

Cardio.

This upcoming week is my deload. I'll go in a couple times for some volume stuff and to do my cardio and that's it. Next three week phase I'll probably change my assistance days a little and Bench only twice a week.

Just quick update. This week is just a deload. I'll go do cardio a couple times and do maybe one full body workout. I use to do too much on my deloads but it was just counter productive. Saturday I was nine weeks out from my meet. On 900 mg test weekly currently, I'll have some halo I put in the last few weeks also considering adding in masteron for the last 8weeks and possibly lowering my test at that time. I would do that with tren instead however I'm not to fond of tren nor is it fond of me so I'll avoid that for now.

How’s Leo’s test treating you? Sad to see him go. I’m running 900 of his Test C, just started week 2. Going to get some labs around week 6
