Would like to hear some of your experiences seeing as how we all respond differently.

I am personally doing 5iu (sometimes 6) a day which I think is the sweet spot for me in terms of growth, recovery, fat loss and overall body recomp. Bloat is almost non existant if I watch the sodium and the lethargy is nothing. I feel good.
 
I stay on 3iu 4-5x a week...just for anti-aging
Years back I did 6-10iu 5x a week and grew like a weed, couldn't eat enough, wouldn't get fat...muscle bellies were full/round 24-7
 
I like 6 iu minimum, 10iu when I wanna push it and grow lean. I get crazy hungry on gh. I can eat every hour. It’s annoying when dieting.

I've been doing 4iu daily, split first thing in the morning then right before i train or in pm if non-training day. Feeling good from an anti aging perspective, no aches and pains. Been 2 months not seeing any size, but feeling leaner.

I've been considering just 1 does of 8iu right before training and only on training days (4 days a week) Does anybody have experience with this type of administration? good results?

If I remember correctly the liver cant process more than 5iu at once.

If I am wrong, Please let me know.
 
I grew like crazy on 15iu per day (one vial of TP's black tops)

Though after I stopped running them my hands stayed numb for a couple weeks haha

I started doing it all in one injection, right before bed.

But then I started using it more for fat loss and so I did 5iu split into 3 daily injections

Then when I went back into a muscle building phase I would inject in the morning and then stuff my face with a couple thousand calories worth of carbs and a few protein shakes and cans of chicken.

I think it works better for growth when you take it so that it is peaking when your blood is saturated with nutrients, rather than at night before bed. I know studies indicate night time dosing is probably preferential, but those studies werent done on bodybuilders doing bodybuiler-type things. And my experience indicates otherwise.

Negative, ppl split dose for either prolonged fat loss or to mitigate the spike in blood sugar

Years back when I ran that high I split 1/3 vial per dose:
Mon: AM/PW/PM
Tues: AM/PW/PM
Wed : PW/PM
Thur: AM/PW/PM
Fri : PW/PM(sometimes 2nd dose on Fri)
Sat/Sun: Off

I dosed this way bc the lethargy in the morning was getting to be too much by mid week...it came out to 4 bottles a week(usually skipping post workout on Friday)

I LOVE 6iu Ed... but my eyes get bloated and hard to control. I find it gets better with dandelion root and If I inject all in the morning instead of breaking it up and injecting at night.

If I even inject 1 iu before bed, prob gonna wake up with some puffy eyes.

Ive done it all tho, ran 10iu ed back in the day.. but I don't recommend going that high to anyone. My hands and feet grew for sure. Im not certain, but I think my face changed from it as well, did I just get older or did my nose and forehead grow slightly??

Been on HGH for years and will continue for many more... but I would stay on the lower end and not go past 6iu at the most.
 
I do 3iu M-F (BT). I’m considering going up to 4 to help with my goals.

You still think making huge improvements to Nitrogen retention doesnt build muscle?
 
Some guys trying 15iu a day.....and then trying that dose with fat loss?
So much overkill and spent $$$ its ridiculous haha

I get used 6-15 when growth in the main goal. But ANYONE with GH experience knows that 2-4iu a couple times a day is more than enough for fat loss.
