What sauce , spice do you use all the time.

For me it's dill . Garlic, sea salt , got sick of the hot stuff and poultry seasoning
 
Tons of salt... and most of the time Crystal's hot sauce.
 
I have three staples: low sodium soy sauce, adobo, and KC fuckin Masterpiece
 
KC masterpiece - bbq
sirracha + soy sauce - anything asian inspired and eggs
cajun season - dry rub on every meat i cook
can't believe it's not butter spray - on all vegetables
 
BBQ, any kind of mustard, tartar sauce. Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika.
 
tabasco buffalo sauce on chicken -- like frank's, but more tangy
tabasco green sauce on fish
mustard w/ pepper on chicken
sriracha and soy sauce on any rice dish if not cutting
salsa on my eggs!

in offseason, frank's + butter on your chicken, then cover in ranch is an excellent buffalo ranch flavor. You can use walden farms ranch to make it mostly calorie free.

And Zatarain's or tony's for seasoning
 
mae ploy sweet chili sauce
kikkoman triple ginger teriyaki sauce
bookbinder's spicy mustard
sriracha
 
seasoning salt

almond butter (with chicken or turkey)

peanut butter (with hamburger and chocolate protein powder)

coconut oil (eggs and ezekiel toast)

never use any condiments bc i hate mustard and all the other stuff has unnecessary carbs.
