Hey dudes,
Starting that winter swole today. Been cruising on Test Cyp 125mgs a week and Primo E 400mgs a week for the last 2 months along with 3iu GH a day. I posted back in May how I had recently got back into the game after falling off for a while. Felt like I built a nice base over the last few months to get me started again (see current pics below).
I'm 5'11, 207lbs and unsure about BF%.
For the next 16 weeks I will be running:
500mgs Test Cyp a week
500mgs Deca a week
50-100mgs Dbol a day (4 weeks on and off)
10iu Slin a day (2 weeks on and off)
3iu GH a day
25mgs Asin a day
.25mgs Caber twice a week
Goals are to stay around my current BF/skin folds but get to 220lbs. Also get my wheels more proportionate.
Core diet will remain the same with increase in carbs intra and post workout. My maintenance diet has been around 2750 calories per day so I will be taking that up to 3500 to start and adjust from there. I generally lift around 6 days a week followed by 20 minutes of low intensity cardio after each session.
