because here's what I've been noticing, and I don't know what to make of it.
when I switch from heavy, low volume to higher volume, 10x10 now, for example, I get sore as hell for 3 days after each bodypart.
the very next week, I up my weights by 5 or 10 pounds, hit the same reps and sets as the week before, and.....nothing. no soreness at all.
is that normal, going from hella sore to nothing after one week?
am I adapting that fast?
same with going from volume to 6-8 rep, high intensity sets. sore for one week, the next, add weight, same sets/reps, not sore at all from then on.
 
I always adapt within a week of changing routine. My best Developed bodyparts are the ones I never get sore in so I wouldn't worry tbh
