I do this as a treat at
230 grams plain 0% greek yogurt
25 grams TN birthday cake whey
50 grams frozen blueberries
1 cup jasmine rice(cooked) (allow to cool in fridge for a while)
I mix everytghing together into a bowl, then stick it in the freezer for 20 minutes
just a nice treat when ur craving and dont wanna over indulge
