Sweet potatoe pie...ish

I decided to try and I'm kinda in love with this. Had a Baked sweet potato wanted to try something different so i peeled away the skin and mixed the sweek potato with a few spoons of apple butter. Tastes just like sweet potato pie!:headbang:
