1.5 cups liquid egg whites, 1cup milk, one cup dry oats, 0.5 cups strawberries or blueberries, 1 or 2 teaspoons of sweetener.( I use stevia)
 
i keep it simple. 8oz egg whites, 2 scoops of whey, 1/2 cups of oats. blend in a magic bullet
 
2 scoops of whey, 40g dextrose and 1/2 cup of oats blended in 1 1/2 cups of milk!
 
I have 50g whey and munch on some haribo.

Haribos are the bomb! I usually do 60g dextrose, 15g EAA, 7.5g creatine, 1g beta-alanine, and 400mg potassium. 45 minutes later I have 40g of whey and 2 slices of toast.
 
I watched a video on youtube antione valient (sorry spelled wrong) i put a cup of oatmeal, 3 scoops of whey. bam 50g carb and 75g protein.

but i really think ill try some egg whites i need to switch alot of stuff up!
 
I dont know if I could force down egg whites and oatmeal in the same drink.
 
70 grams of protein 12 ounces of gatorade serving of glutamine MONEY
 
2 Scoops Protein 60gr, 1TBS Flaxseeds, 1/4 Cup Bran, 1/4 Steel Cut Oats, 1TBS EVOO, Dash of Cinimon

Keep me full for almost 1/2 a day.

4 scoops vanilla whey..16oz of fresh, natural pineapple juice.
Eat a real meal about an hour later..usually chx and rice or baked potatoe or 15 egg white omlette(leave 3 yolks) with veggies and baked pot.
 
I thought the addition of oatmeal would be bad but I actually like it in mine
 
one banana,1/2 orange,one whole apple
56grams whey,16oz 1% milk=16 grams protien
one cup plain nonfat yogurt=11grams protien
put in blender and drink post workout.makes two
meals for me.

or one banana and small can pineapple[rinsed all sugar out]
exchange for the orange and apple.

tastes so good itl make ya wonna smack yur momma.haha
 
2 scoops of whey
70 g of waxy maize
5 g of bcaa
10 g of glutamine


Though I'm digging the idea of using more whole food in the post-workout shake
 
3 scooped whey
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 cup strawberry, mango, pineapple, peach
2 tbsp peanut butter
 
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats
and a couple table spoons peanut butter
Milk and mix
 
I dont even do a post workout shake anymore , nothing beats whole food , i go straight home and eat
