Hi there my names anthony Lewis I am an Americraft Cookware distributor.
What most people do not realize that stainless steel is made of aluminum and chrome and when the pores open these metals go into your food. They have been known to cause this.
Aluminum = Alzheimer and Parkinson
chrome = arthritis
Teflon = cancer
cast iron is most porous and when new it will tell you to cure by putting in fire to burn off the black carbon but no one does they put oil in it and 24 hours later it is rancid.
Want to know how much chemicals your getting from your pans. Do this:
put one cup of water in pan when it starts to boil add 1 tablespoon of baking soda let boil 5 minutes and taste do this to different pans.
