I'm 6'2 300lbs.I just started on my 3rd cycle.I currently doing 900mg of supertest,600mg of deca.I just got in 100iu's of Gh,how many ml should i take daily?I'm trying to lose 30lbs and all the weight is in my stomach!!!! :confused:

i do 10 mins on the treadmill, then i do 4x ofwhat ever i'm working on,what would you recamend?
 
dude....slow down a bit....its only your 3rd cycle and your doing that much??? not good in my opinion
 
Sorry i did not give better advice. It really depends on what your goal is. If you want to continue to get bigger and stronger like a strongman competitor or powerlifter, you are headed basically in the right direction.
If you want to lose 30 pounds and become leaner you are going to have to do more cardio. What really works quickly is wind sprints at the end of your next workout. Do 20, 50 yard windsprints. Do a windsprint 50 yards then jog the 50 back to the same spot,and then do another windsprint. Do twenty of those. You might have to work up to the twenty. Also be prepared to throw up. It is very hard work, but it will make you tougher and help you to breath better, which will help you to work more intensely during your weight training sessions, and will help you to lose the weight.
Also, how long of a break are you taking in between sets? Maybe you should try decreasing your breaks to 30 seconds between sets. You will not be able to push around as much weight naturally, but you will build up a lot of lactic acid in your muscles, which will help to get them bigger, and more toned.

wondering first of all, why the high doses for just a third cycle? Not only would I layoff the high amounts of test I would lay off juice all together. You need to start off by burning at least 350 to 400 calories extra a day in cardio. Next would have to ask if you have a gut problem what does your diet look like. Eat right and cardio bro then juice up. best of luck

This is HIIT (high intensity interval training). I haven't done this but understand from many that it is one of the best methods to burn fat. Some RIPPED competitors like homonunculus really promote this over low-intensity cardio.

You should be walking (not jogging) during the "off" portions. This is just to try and slow your heartrate back closer to normal. If you were to "jog," your heartrate would NOT go down much - so it really wouldn't be HIIT.
