Are you asking how to take clen by itself? Take 60 to 120mcgs two weeks on two weeks off. Take a good ECA on the two weeks off.

What kind of clenbuterol you have - tablets, powder or gel? How many mcg/tablet, per gram of powder or per cm of gel?
Once you know that (it says on the label) you can tell how much to use according to the dosage recomended above.
