HCG/Pregnyl...How?

Whats up fellas, I'm new here but not to the weight room or to anabolics. I'm 28 y/o, just grad from college where I played pac-10 baseball. This is probably about my 12th cycle but my first with hcg. Here's a basic rundown on my 8 wk cycle.

Weeks 1-8

Dbol 30 mg/day (only up to wk 6)
Sust 250 750/wk
EQ 400 mg/wk
HCG 300-500 iu every 4/5 days
Arimidex .25 mg/day
Clomid for post

I bought this as a kit (from a reliable source) but i've never used hcg and I've got 2 5000 iu amps and 2 1 ml slovent amps. Ok, now i know Im supposed to mix the powder into the solvent but I have no idea where to start or how to measure out 300-500 iu's into ml. Can someone help a brotha out?

first buy a sterilized 10ml vial, then break the tops off 1 solvent and 1 powder and mix the solvent into the powder amp, then draw the whole thing into a syringe and put it in the vial, this way you can store it

now you can either use it like that and 1/10 of a ml will be 500iu, which woud be easy with a slin pin, or you could get some bacteriostatic water and put 9 ml of that in with the 1 ml you already have in the vial and then 1ml will be 500iu

if you're going to be taking shots of 300iu I would suggest going with the second option as you will be able to measure it better

That's exactly how I do it. Make sure you keep reconstituted mix in the fridge!

Something else that I noticed: Why are you only running the EQ for 8 weaks?
For best results, EQ should be ran for a minimum of 12-14 weaks ....
