I'm 33 year , 6ft1 and 250 pounds and train for about 16 years with 1 cycle a year because when i cycle i always get nasty acne on my back.
is arimidex on cycle recommended to block estrogen ?
or what gear should i use with HGH ?
i did it before with sustanon (500mg a week) and Decadurabolin (400mg a week)
in 12 weeks i gained 35 pounds but 5 weeks later the acne break out on my back , real heavy acne , so bad i even could take my shirt off.
in 12 weeks it was mostly gone with Minocycline (mino50 100mg a day)
Who can help me to make a cycle with HGH and Post cycle ?

Anastrozole (Arimidex) and letrozole are anti-aromatase' - they prevent test from converting to estrogen (so is Exemestane)

Nolvadex and proviron are anti-estrogens and prevent estrogen from binding at receptor sites (breast and testicles).

Do a search for HGH - plenty of good posts and articles.

Also do a search for Post Cycle or go to the article sections.

SAMMY - I am one year older than you, and every time I end a cycle I get terrible acne. If I did not take preventative measures it would cover my back, shoulders, chest, and arms - for whatever reason my face stays clear. Anyhow, the key is prevention. As you end your cycle start to take either Tetracycline, Minocycline, or Periostat. Take these antibiotics every day until 3 months after the end of your post cycle therapy. Most dermatologists will write the Rx for you without any problem. If yours won't, find a new doc!

And, as XCEL alluded to, do research on PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). The key is to elevate your natural test levels (and eliminate estrogen domination) from the start of the end of your cycle. You should become familiar with items such as Nolvadex, HCG, and in some cases, Clomid.

The PCT in combination with the antibiotics will not only eliminate or minimize the acne, it will also help you actually KEEP the gains you've made!
