asprin=

Ephedra = 25mg EPHEDRINE (ephedra is not standardized very well)
caffiene = 200mg
asprin = 325mg (sometimes I use adult LO-DOSE at 81mg)

It's SOOOO CHEAP buying it separate, why pay for someone else to mix the same thing?

IMHO it's MUCH safer than clen and probably as effective.

Of course, for fat loss, diet is the important ingredient.

ECA works pretty good for me . I also add in some 325 mg Green Tea extract caps to the mix.

ephedrine the brochodialator OTC drug is legal

I believe there are a couple of states that have banned "over-the-counter" sales of ephedrine (need a prescription to purchase) - like California?
