I have recently just ended my Cycle of Tren , Test prop , test enathate , and winnie on 4/25/05. I gained a large amount of weight and strength. I weighed 245 and now (5/24/05) i weigh 214 with 11% BF. I have lost lots of mass and strength. I know The cycle i took was not meant to Keep your gains afterwards.
I now go to the Gym at 9am every morning to do cardio and abs and around 5pm i Hit my other major muscle groups. Different muscle each day. I heard that it was not good to train hard once your cycle if over and that you should give your self sometime to recover. Wondering if there was any truth in this and also any advice on regaining some of the strength i lost. I kno i cannot gain as much strength as i had but i would deffinitly as least like some of it back . Naturally. I am now trying to work on cutting down my BF % and trying to see how far i can get before i think about doing another cycle.
