I have recently just ended my Cycle of Tren , Test prop , test enathate , and winnie on 4/25/05. I gained a large amount of weight and strength. I weighed 245 and now (5/24/05) i weigh 214 with 11% BF. I have lost lots of mass and strength. I know The cycle i took was not meant to Keep your gains afterwards.
I now go to the Gym at 9am every morning to do cardio and abs and around 5pm i Hit my other major muscle groups. Different muscle each day. I heard that it was not good to train hard once your cycle if over and that you should give your self sometime to recover. Wondering if there was any truth in this and also any advice on regaining some of the strength i lost. I kno i cannot gain as much strength as i had but i would deffinitly as least like some of it back . Naturally. I am now trying to work on cutting down my BF % and trying to see how far i can get before i think about doing another cycle. :confused:

Why can't one keep gains on a cycle like that? :confused:

"Recovery" is IMPORTANT, BOTH on and off cycle. You need to be "smarter" with your training off cycle.
 
Im not sure i was able to bench 375 and now i can barely get 315 , im not sure if there was something i did wrong , i very sure i did everything perfectly. I did just move to florida and i havent had to the money to buy all my protein but i still eat atleast 200g a day mostly from fish, tuna , and extra lean beef.
 
When youe said "maintain gains," I took that to mean muscle not "strength." You will lose strength off-cycle - just a fact of life.

Yuo've just undone everything you gained doing yuor cycle. So, now you're basically back to square one, though my quess is that your estrogen levels are abnormally high, while your testosterone levels are abnormally low.

No juggling of training or protein intakes is going to make much impact on any of this, unfortunately. Yuo have a few choices:

1) use Clomid, nolvadex, arimidex, and perhaps a very short course of HCG to stop further losses in muscle, but at this point, it's probably a bit too late to do much good.

2) suffer awhile until your body's hormone levels normalize, then go on another cycle, and read EVERYTHING you can about keeping gains using Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) involving the use of arimidex and nolvadex while on your cycle, and Clomid, nolvadex, arimidex, and maybe HCG when coming off, and for some weeks (like 6!) after yuor last shot.

3) go back on immediately, recapture your gains, THEN use PCT to keep as much of your gain as possible.

Don't feel too bad - I'd venture to say we've all gone through this - it's how you learn.

I have been taking clomid. SOrry i forgot to mention it earlier.
 
My opinion

Volume should be the only change to your workload when recently off the cycle. You should have to reduce your workload and be very smart with recovery and diet much more so than when on but there is no reason to lose a significant amount of strength when off. I think most of it is mental.

I have a slight drop in strength and energy right after coming off then my lifts start coming back up and I think this has most to do with the initial high levels of estrogen vs low levels of testosterone.

Reduce the workload but continue to train heavy.
