Hey All,

I'm a 30 year old guy who's looking to put on 20-30 lbs of muscle in a 2-4 month cycle. Right now my stats are as follows:

5'11"
200 lbs
33 waist, 44 chest
17 neck

My workout routine is Monday, Wed, Thurs, Saturday.

I'm starting with 3- 10 mg pills of d-bol a day, and then 1 x a week 750 mg shot of a 5 Test Mix.

I've already started to up my protein to get as close to my bodyweight in grams of protein.

Should I do glutamine as well? Creatine?

Please help me out here. I'm trying to eat as best I can, and trying to up my calories as well. Thanks for the help.

Also, any help on how I should alternate my gear to get the most out of my cycle, I'd really appreciate it.
 
Do you work out very often it seems like you have a nice frame, have you juiced, any health problems etc???

Starters, Make sure you have Anti-e's its summer after all. DOnt want to be too bloated. Look at some other goodies, WInny, Fina, etc,

Dan Duchaine said if you cant grow on dbol and test your fucked, I dare say for some crazy mass fina and test is a crazy combo.

try to eat alot of carbs and proteins early then switch to proteins and fats at night, still up cals, just trying to lower the fat gain assoicated with a bulk type of diet.

I have tried HIT, doggcrap type training but for myself I respon best to 4-6 days of training per week, 10-16 sets per bodypart, Im not a compeitor, just a guy who loves training, getting laid, and being fit. My workout schedule

M-Chest/TRi's abs forearms
T Back/Bi's forearms
W- Shoulders, Legs, --- Long ass day
Th-Chest
Fri- Arms

Sat OFF
Sun OFF,

I do cardio just about every day upon waking, feels good,

Just be consistent on eating 400grams of protein per day, no slacking, drinking too much, not sleeping etc, keep stress and drama to a minimum.
 
20-30lbs is alot.
Keep the test base, switch orals every 4-5wks.
Unless its your 1st-2nd cycle you could maybe add
deca first 8wks, EQ second 8wks.
I do glut and creatine, but less than when Im off.
You have a good basic idea.
Keep protein up, eat more and many times per day.
I do 2x bodyweight protein grams.
 
BTW have you considered posting in the beginners section?
It would be best for you IMO.

Thanks Guys. I'll try to workup to 300 grams of protein a day... damn that's going to be tough. I had 2 protein shakes today, 12 oz with about 45 grams of mix + creatine.... those count as meals, right? for lunch I had tuna on crackers. When I get home I'm going to have 2 more shakes, one when I get home and 1 before sleep.
 
I'd say 20-30 pounds of actual muscle in that short of time would be impossible personally. If you put on 20-30 lbs I would say that it is not all quality lean muscle.

I would suggest sitting down one night and just go through the articles section and read, read and read some more. The more you know the better off you will be. Be objective. There are many different theories out there. What worked for me was to experiment and find what my body responded to. I suggest you do the same. Remember to concentrate on all facets, Diet, Training, Sleep and last Gear. Don't neglect any of these.

actually, I haven't really lifted hardcore ever in my life. I have the potential just due to my size and thickness. I've got pretty low body fat, and am overall in good health and pretty energized about using gear. I've been getting a lot of advice from the boards here. And I appreciate all the help.
