ok here it goes
i live in a foreign country where I have sustanon 250 at my disposal, very inexpensive and readily available. I have been told that a good introduction into using gear isn't a stack, but just to hit the sus pretty light, i'm looking for a safe, side effect free boost, not craving massive drug induced gains. Any insight would be much appreciated, also any sources for info on the topic can be posted. Thank you guys very much!

this is my current status

day 1 chest/tri's
day 2 legs
day 3 rest/cardio
day 4 back/bi's
day 5 delts / traps
day 6 rest/cardio
repeat

I am getting around 2g protein /lb of body weight
drink .66+oz of water per lb of body weight
right now have no limit to my carb intake since i am aiming to pack on a little mass.
majority of my calories come from steak and chicken alot of oatmeal baked potatoes and egg whites and cottage cheese

as long as you

have everything else in check and you feel you have maximized your genetic potential, you could *possibly* do a light cycle of 250 or 500mg of sust a week for say 8-10 weeks. as long as you have good pct in place, you should not have any problems gaining a good 10lbs with proper diet, rest, and training, looks like your training is good, just make sure to eat clean and lots when you are on, will help the AA's to work better.

and yes, its better to stick with test only on your first cycle.
its still my favorite and cheapest cycle.
