HGH Question?

Hi, i have just started taking HGH, i was told to take it just before bed but have since read that first thing in the morning best, which is right?
If the morning thing is right and i take it as soon as i wake up, is it still ok for me to do my cardio straight after??
Its not cheep as u all know, so i want to make sure i get it right.

i've been dieting for 16 wks now for a show coming up... always done gh but this time did it a little differently.... took half the dose in te morning, post-cardio... and the other half dose took it in the evening about 12 hrs from the first dose....

im 1 wk out now from my show, stopped gh a couple days ago.... i gotta say it went well, 3.4% bf rite now...
