Hey guys, let me run this by you. My first run with gear.... 250mg test cyp biw for 12w, deca 400mg ew 12w, d-bol 25mg daily week 1-4. Also will have nolva 10mg daily if needed. For PCT nolva 40mg daily week 14, nolva 30mg week 15, nolva 20mg week 16. Weight now 195, 15%bf. Goal 20-30# gains, and will eat clean. Opinions, comments, suggestions?????
 
You probably don't need near as much test and deca for your first cycle.

I'm only on 500mg/wk of test cyp now. What you're proposing is over 1g/wk total and that's way more than needed IMHO. You can't "effectively begin PCT until gear clears your system: http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1172 - that's 3 weeks after last deca injection.

I don't care that much for deca and I think you're complicating your first cycle by making it more elaborate than needed.

How long have you been training natural??
Do you think you have reached your genetic or close to your genetic potential??

MOST IMPORTANT!!! how is the diet.

DC says it best...the body is the engine, food is the fuel, AAS is the NITRIOUS.

there are tons of great articles on here written by very smart people...read a few and see if you can adjust things accordingly on your own. Educating yourself is very important.
 
I am 26 years old and have been training since ~ age 20. I played football and lifted before then, but never with a goal in mind. Have been natural for the entire time (unless you count pro-hormones as not natural). I can't get above 195# with a bf less than 15%. I have competed 3 times and done very well, winning one show. My problem is lack of size. I figure anabolics are my ticket to the next level. Diet now is so-so. At 196# today. I take in 300+g prot, 500-600g carbs and don't count my fats now. All carbs are complex except for honey post training. Trying to avoid shakes, but with work and school, they are very convenient. When you mention DC are you refering to the training style?? I have heard good things about it but have never tried it. I will run a search now to see what I can find.
