Belts for which exercies?

i havent worn a belt in god knows how long... probably about 6 years....

as dumb as this sounds... you think i need one?

i only ever wore it for Military Press, squats and DLs... i'm thinking thats all i neeed it for....

you guys have any brand recommendations?

which exercises do you wear it for?

I use the belt for Squats, and anything where I bend over at the waist.
Haven't found it to be real helpful for deads off the floor, thought I've used it on these, but does seem to really help for Rack Pulls.

i didnt get my tshirt yet... i cleared my bookmarks by accident so i lost the link, could you PM it to me again? my T finally got too gross, i had to retire it...

anyone have a brand recommendation for belts? u used a nylon one before i think, it worked good... leather was a bitch to break in... i hate the ones that pinch the hell outta my love handles... i mean my shredded obliques

I use the grizzley (leather) with dual clips it is a more bodybuilding style belt with powerlifting size and strength. the difference between the two is the buckle, two for bodybuilding and most common for power lifting is the single clip for obviouse reasons. Also when considering a belt nothing beats leather period. the thickness of the leather is how much support you will recieve not the distance from lower back to mid back if that makes sense. max muscle carries these if you have one near by.
