hey guys, was curious as to what everyone thought. this is my 4th cycle. never have got above 800mg total aas on any cycle yet. i like to keep the doses lower.

this time i have thought about running lower doses for longer periods. have always done 10 weekers. was thinking of this
week 1-16: test @ 250mg EW
week 1-15: EW @ 200 mg EW
week 4-8: IGF Lr3 @ 40mcg Workout days only
Week 14-15: winny @ 50 mg ED

and then normal pct with IGF added, and also will keep cals fairly clean. i like one cheat day a week (cheeseburgers, pizza) and keep protein @ 300g and carbs @ 500g daily.
any suggestions or changes? open for lots of critiques......

How much do you weigh now?
What are your goals - size, strength, cutting, anything else?

If you're around 200 now or better, I'd suggest upping the protein to around 2 grams per pound.

This is kind of a long cycle, and you may want to add some HCG and Clomid at various points. The dosages are plenty, and you certainly don't need more, but it's a lot more reasonable than some I've seen here. I'm assumming this is not your first or second cycle, right?

yea, i am 6' at 200lbs. 7% bf tested by calipers last week. so i am going to try for some slower quality LBM gains instead of getting all blown up this winter. i have always just gotten up to around 220 or so and then leaned down in the summer, but this time i am gonna try to stay leaner and make some slower quality gains. this is my 4th cycle. and like i had said my dosages have never exceeded 800mg every week of total aas. i do agree that my protein while on will need to increase, and thats no problem, but when i am not "on" i seem to eat a little less than normal. thanks for the critique.
i am not a big fan of high doses, there are too many idiots out there that think that the only way to a fine physique is to take tons of drugs, drugs are only a supplement. thats why they are called supplements.
and thanks dad, i do agree, some hcg at 4 week intervals should do good.
