does syntheselen expire?

I have a bottle and a half of syntheselen I was in the middle of using it and stopped. The bottle that is half full is my concern, is it still steril? I only drew from it with a 25g.I have stored it in a clean place so could I still use it?

It should be sterile if you haven't been dirty.
Once it expires, it will slowly get less and less potent.
