Need some advice

Im currently 6'3" 280lbs I am having trouble gaining mass. Any suggestions.
 
Geez, you already have the mass!!!! Hey just an FYI, add a what you are doing. (I.E. diet specifically, workout-weights/frequency, rest) Need to know what you are doing right before they can tell what your doing wrong.

280 is already big unless it is a desire to add lean mass and drop fat?

I have fairly lean body mass. With my job I get fair amount of sleep Im on call.
I do not have the weights to push a workout around were I live, Do to there is only one Gym In a 80 mile radius. So Im building me a home gym. There is a a local gym, But it is actually a "physacal fitness center" so it does not have the weight or equipment I need to do a great workout. My workout was given to me by my Cousin he has been in compation since he was hs. His spealilty is Strongman comps and powerlifting. So I dont think what He has given me is for mass, But is for strenght. thanks for your resopnse.

Until you get some weight equipment, the old methods will still work such as push-ups, chins if you can manage to find a bar to suspend, seated dips, etc... It is better than nothing and will get you prepped for your equipment when you get it.
