Wondering what is the easier site for self injection,Glute I know is ideal but difficult by yourself,Looking into delt,any input would be help,problem now is I got 1.5x23 spikes and concerned on depth.:

These will work fine for glutes unless you've got a really skiiny arse

You should use one-inch long (I like 25g) pins for delts, quads, biceps and triceps. I wouldn't want to use 1.5" in those places

May need to look into this,simply because on my own it pretty dificult to manipulate the turning and the whole operation of the damn thing, I'm not a small guy,6'1" 250 and not as flexable as I use to be,but not to worry I was eventually able to get through it,just can't wait until next week to try it again (Yea Right)... any ideas on Reddragon NaN gear and or test en from Iran? thats what came in the mail,thats what im using?

Ordered smaller pins.25x1,Now I can give that a shot,(hehe).Like I wrote in my last post not as flexable as I was 20 years ago,what a mess last week's injection was in my glute.

I never use anything over 1" and never had issues of not going deep enough in glutes. I hate shooting delts it always sends sharp pains after shot.

With the 1" pins, hit the quads. Easiest spot to hit for me.

Another site that you may want to look into injecting which is very easy for self injections. Ventro gluteal located at what most call their hip flexor area. You can lay on your side and do it with ease. The biggest thing is locating the proper area to do the injection. If you research it enough and get the courage to do it, you may find that area to be appealing.

For my situation I just have the wife give the IM injections. I just got tired of the bending, twisting, etc....I do the subQ injections with no problem but she does the IM. Don't know what your situation is but this may be an alternative for you.

I love 23x1 pins for my quads.

I normally use glutes, but easiest is probably delts.
