Here is another newbie cycle questions. I am a 33 year old that has worked out regularly for over three years and have a strict diet. I am 6’ 1” and weigh around 220. My BF is around 13%. I have made several changes to my routine, but haven’t been able to put on bulk in 9 months. I have been researching steroids for about six months and have become overwhelmed with information. I am hoping the experts on here are able to lead me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated!

GOAL - To bulk up, but at the same time cut down my body fat a little. I’m not looking to become total ripped, but I want people to know that I have muscle, not that I am a bloated pig.

Question 1: Should I use a bulking or cutting cycle?

Question 2: What do you recommend I use? For bulking, I was thinking about using d-bol & Sus 250. Not sure what to use for a cutting cycle, I am sensitive to stimulates like ephedrine.

Question 3: To bring down the fat, should I add cardio or adjust my diet.

That might be true, but your asking questions to us "so called experts". Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. Its up to you to decide whos opinion and advice you take:)

You may want to try EQ at 400mg/week. It will help you gain lean mass. It will also make you want to eat everything in sight, so watch your diet closley. EQ is best run as a longer cycle, say 12 weeks minimum.

If you're looking for a more dramatic increase you may want to take 400-500 mg/week of testosterone with the EQ. You could get by with dropping the EQ back to 300 mg/week if you go this route. Make sure you use a longer acting ester of test, such as cypionate or enanthate.


This will work well as a beginner stack, but make sure you follow your diet closely and up your intensity in the gym.


If you are a first timer to AAS and follow these guidelines you will be pleased with the results.
 
IMHO the key to achieving those goals is through diet.

I always recommend that one loses BF BEFORE starting a cycle. During a bulking cycle you want to eat just above your BMR, but with "good" foods - protein and good fats.

Too many people are too focused on "gaining weight" and pig out during a bulking cycle. Sure - - you'll gain a ton of weight, but WAY TOO MUCH of it'll be BF. So when you go to lose the BF, you lose some of that precious muscle you just gained.

I would suggest some form of test - probably the longer esters like enanthate or cypionate since you only need weekly or 2x/week shots. AND and anabolic (like EQ, d-bol, anavar, etc.). The only anabolic I "don't" like is deca, but that's "me."
