Here is another newbie cycle questions. I am a 33 year old that has worked out regularly for over three years and have a strict diet. I am 6’ 1” and weigh around 220. My BF is around 13%. I have made several changes to my routine, but haven’t been able to put on bulk in 9 months. I have been researching steroids for about six months and have become overwhelmed with information. I am hoping the experts on here are able to lead me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated!
GOAL - To bulk up, but at the same time cut down my body fat a little. I’m not looking to become total ripped, but I want people to know that I have muscle, not that I am a bloated pig.
Question 1: Should I use a bulking or cutting cycle?
Question 2: What do you recommend I use? For bulking, I was thinking about using d-bol & Sus 250. Not sure what to use for a cutting cycle, I am sensitive to stimulates like ephedrine.
Question 3: To bring down the fat, should I add cardio or adjust my diet.
