Hi all, was recommended to this site a while back, then had a bicep injury and it was iffy if I'd be able to go hard core again. However I'm back full blast and am ready to join in.

First, I've been on androgel 50 for 3 years as HRT, stacked some anadrol 75 on top and got good results. now that i'm back, i'm looking down the road at what i can use to get my mass back.

height is 5ft 8, current weight is 180, was 195 before i tore my distal bicep
tendon.

so suggestions are wanted, all will be given respectful consideration.

lots of food..

i would say lots of food....

lots of good food...


and maybe if you want to step in the dark side even further.. then take maybe 500mg test... and eat like a mofo, and train like no other... maybe a little EQ... say 600mg a week..
 
I will put up my current food plan and supps tonight. I'm already on test as HRT- 350 mg per week.
