I have been doing 500mg of test e per week (2 x 250mg) for the past 10 weeks. I wanted to add some deca for a while.....is 200mg (1cc) per week too little or should I do the deca 2x a week for 400mg

also I have some winny and and d-bol....can I add either into the mix for a while?

the assumed efffective dose is 400-600mg/wk. of course this is depenent on your personal sensitivity to this compound. how much weight have you gained from the test? i am assuming not enough considering the question at hand. how much winny and dbol do you have? what is your goal here. are you using any antiest

I have gained about 8lbs so far....I have nov and clomid but no gyno symptoms....I have 50 tabs of 10 mg d-dbol and quite a bit of winny

would like to gain maybe 8 more lbs then start some cutting...I am 40, 5'11" and 212lbs right now...have been lifting for about 3 yrs now

50 dbol tabs is not considering that you should from my exp use 30mg/dy. if my math is correct that is only around 16 days. you should have used it when you started the test so you could begin gaining before the test even took effect. donot throw it in now!!! as for the whinny how much do you have? how many more weeks of test are you going to use?

Deca works the best over long peroids of time, its very anabolic and hardly androgenic at all. 20 weekers with it are perfect, run it at atleast 300mg/week. Make sure you have nolva on hand also.

Half life on deca is about 13-14 days so once a week is fine. You can run deca for a long time 20 weeks should be no problem for you, just make sure you always have a test base with it.
