oil thinners?

my question is,is there a will solvent or any other medium that will thin out lets say 300mgs/cc of test in a 20ml vial to 150mgs in a larger vial.ive read on other boards that bb will do it and wont hurt.and on ther boards people who do there own home brews say to stay below 10%ba/bb other wise itll hurt.i know cotton seed oil is the thinnest of oils,but that would only do a minimal amount of thinning.there some new solvents out there,but icant find much info on these.ive used ba an testprop brews an hurt like a mother.never used bb.can any one help? thanx 4 any replies.

Not sure what your asking here. If the powder is already suspended in 300mg/ml (or whatever strength it is), just add "sterile" oil of your choice. There should already be enough BA and/or BB and more would only possibly make it "more" painful.
