rundown and hurting

i'm 47, train 6 days a week,work 7 days a week about 55hr weekly i'm always rundown and lack motovation ,my elbows hurt like hell,hope its ok to ask this, i did a search and could not find an answer to my question,guestion is i have been doing deca 300mg a week stan 50mg every other day this will be my second cycle of this my gains are ok and cut up ok i'm very please with that but the elbow pain and the lack of energy is kicking my butt,do you think the deca or stan are the cause of this ,i'm trying to learn whats best for me not looking for big gains just some muscle and and cut ,can you guys suggest anything to help with the problems i'm haveing with the energy and elbow issue am i missing something any suggestions would be great,thanks for your time

try to be to sleep around 9:00 or 10:00 up at 4:00,sucks but got to do it right now wife has been unable to work so need to take care of the family :(
 
Add some test enth or cyp to your cycle asap. You have no test in your body right now. This could be a huge part of the low energy.

I would never do a cycle with out test even if its a low 250mg a week. With your deca at 300, 400 mg a week of test will go great. Give it a shot literaly. Run your winny for 4 weeks then come off. Let us know how it works out

It sounds like you are overtraining as your work and lack of sleep seem to be cutting into your recovery. I would cut back to 3x a week. With the added rest and recovery periods you will also find more growth.
What does your training look like? Are you getting enough quality cals? You taking a good multiple?

No dont stop it take razors advise and cut back on the training and give yourself more time to recover. Start training eod, cut back on the intensity and sets. Get yourself some test right away check out the site sponcers for sure.
 
I am 46 and I recently had serious elbow pain. I went to a doctor and got some nerve block shots which took care of my really bad elbow pain. You might check out a doc.---- I was stopped in traffic when an 85 yr old rear ended me doing 55 mph. As a result I went to a chiropractor. He said I have the spine of a 65 yr old. Thats due to working construction 20 yrs., spine is all torqued out. When I learned deca helps with joint pain I got 20 ml stealth. I found this to be the greatest pain reliever I've ever used! I used 600 mg per week. After I stopped I had a slight crash where some of the joint pains came back. But that was nothing compared to a test e crash (crash is the 3 to 4 weeks after a cycle) I felt like I was 80. Deca and masteron sound lke a good next cycle for me. Up your deca, you may get some relief that way also. Synthetec has a B-12 supplement I'm going to try because I'm 46 and I'm racking up the milage and this may be better than Granny's XXX jug!

Im not sure of your cycle past but id start with 400 a week.

Im your case you may want to look into frontloading to try to build up the test in your system a little faster. Search frontloading and see if you like the idea.

Frontloading is just that you would shot maybe 750 mg of test for the first 2 weeks to build it up faster. Then drop down to the 400 a week each week after that. Im not sure of your cycle plan but run test for 10 weeks min. The more in your system the faster it hits the blood stream. Its an idea search it.

Have you set up a pct, do you have arimidex on hand and also extra nolva and clomid.

That should work if needed run week 3 for another week, This always works for me

Im not sure how long your running the stuff but heres what it will look like

stop deca week 10
stop test week 11

start pct 2 weeks after last test shot.

However long your run it run your test for 1 extra week after your last deca shot. Then wait 2 weeks after your last test shot

You got test enth or test cyp right??? These numbers wont work if its test prop let me know what kinda test you have..

With running it for 6 weeks i would come off of it for a few weeks, i know its eod but take a break. some will say best to take orals 4 weeks on 4 week off, and best to take orals ed since they have a very short half life your not really getting the full potentional from them.

Yes its fine to run all three of those compounds at one time with no problems what you could think about doing is comming off the winny and running it again the last 4 weeks of your cycle again.
 
Winstrol is rough on the joints (stanazolol). If you like deca (which I do as well) than keep up with it but add some test like you already did. Cut back on something - work or training. I train 3 or 4 days on a two-week period. Make sure your diet is in shape. You may have to add some carbs because of the hectic schedule if you're doing a low carb cycle. If not leave alone.

Test 300-600 a week (also consider .5mg arimidex daily)
Deca 300 a week
B12, 1000iu 3x per week assuming per 50kg bodyweight

I don't think there's a person out there who hasn't felt what you're feeling.
