Nolva + Clomid Question???

Using this model:
wk 13 - 40mg nolva + 100mg clomid ED
wk 14 - 30mg nolva + 50mg clomid ED
wk 15 - 20mg nolva + 50mg clomid ED

Is it best to take a daily dosage all at once (40mg Nolva + 100mg Clomid) or should one space it out throughout the day?

I always take mine before bed but thats just me

Yes its ok to take all at once, ive always done it this way and its always worked for me. Some will say to spred it out but me i take it once a day. I take any oral this way. Hope this helps
