I'm already on creatine. I'm a very hard gainer, and like I already posted, I have been training for 3 yrs to get to 160lbs. ( I started off as a stick figure 125lbs) I eat around 3000 calories per day (split amongst 6 meals) and I am still getting stronger but my weight gain has gotten to a plateau. I have no desire to be huge, maybe just 170-180 with a low body fat %. I know EQ is not really for bulking purposes, I just was wanting imput from anyone elses results with it. It sounded safe, and the muscle gain is supposedly easily kept. I don't want to be juicing for the rest of my life; I just need a plateau buster.
