while taking anabol what should i stack to lower sideffects

hey everone, i have a theory of my own to lower some but not all while using Anabol.

1.Tamoxifen/nolvadex= to lower the risk of shrinkage and women tits
2. liver protection=????
3.water rentention=????
4. other side effects thats not mentioned=??

the one withe the question marks are the one i need help with and if this is not a problem can make the ones you menteion are all pill forms

The other problems to your questions are for question 2.Liver protection a good thing is to avoid tabs as the put a real great amount of stress on the organs,but some like Milk T.It is sold at a health food store but the study was done on Beer and other hard drinks and not with gear.
Your 3. question water retention can be don't with staying away from gear that hold water,but a anti-estrogen helps,and some do take catipress.Also to many carbs with have a effect on water,some have to lower the amount of carbs in there diet to help control it.Best of luck!
