ahh Mick Hart,
People either love him or hate him but the bloke has been in the game a long time and over the last few months I have become a personal fan of his.
Laymans guide one and two cover at lot on the subject of AAS use, some say that his ideas are dated but everyone in entitled to an opinion. Myself I think he covers the subject well and following his advice is certainly not a bad thing.
One thing I like about his views is that he truly speaks from the heart and more often than not experience.
Knowledge is a powerful thing and he uses it well, his no nonesense approach to the subject is quite refreshing in this day and age.
