Injection scare - what happened?

I just had a pretty bad experience while injecting, and since this is now the 2nd time it has happened, I am pretty worried.

I was putting 1cc of stealthlabs tren acetate into my right glute. I did everything as I always do, cleaned with an alcohol swab, injected, aspirated, injected the oil, pulled out, apply clean swab. Almost as soon as I pulled out and put the swab there, I got this tightness in my chest. It's this feeling like you are short of breath, but if you breath in you will cough really hard. The feeling is mostly right in the sternum, under and between the pecs. It almost felt like I was going to pass out, and lasted about 5 minutes.

Now this exact same thing happened a couple weeks ago when injecting the same thing, 1cc of tren, into my left glute. It has never happened to me before that, and has not happened with any other substance I have injected. Whatever it is... it scares the shit out of me. When the feeling goes away I am fine and with no noticeable effects after, but the few minutes where my chest tightens up and feels like I can't breath is bad enough.

Oh, one thing I just remembered. The first time it happened, even though I aspirated as I always did and only air bubbles filled the syringe, when I pulled out and later looked at the needle there was a decent amount of blood in it; usually, when I pull out the needle there is nothing but the tiny bit of oil that didn't get injected. It made me think I might have injected into a vein, but this 2nd time, there was no blood.

Any ideas?

make sure when you aspirate you watch the (nose)of the pin where it meets the syringe if you have nicked or went thru a vein this will get a trace of blood in it as you aspirate,if so then remove needle from injection site replace with new pin start over, NEVER inject if your pin aspirates a trace of blood.

Tren cough! Just cut back on your dose. I was getting similar symptoms with tightness in chest at 100mg/ml ed, so I cut it back to 75 ed no prob.

Just out of interest, what would happen if you did inject in to a vein or artery??

Tren cough... I completely forgot about that, and it didn't even occur to me. I'm sure that's what happened to me, only it is strange I never experienced it before and didn't make any change in my dose. I'm only on 100eod and only 10ish days left on the cycle so I think I won't cut back now.

Thanks for the advice about aspiration, I will make sure to double check in the future. When I'm doing the glute though I have to crane my neck to see the tip of the syringe and have to hold a really uncomfortable position to do it, that could explain me messing up the aspiration.

Just out of interest, what would happen if you did inject in to a vein or artery??

depends on the person,uncontrolable coughing to the point of inability to breath,chest constrictions,faintness.usually starts with a metallic taste in mouth,then uncontrolable coughing never heard of anyone dying from it but you will feel as tho you might so always aspirate do not move the pin around during injects and be safe and sterile for inject procedures.

speaking of a metallic taste in your mouth, I just did an inject in my glutes like many times before, except this time I had the metallic taste in my mouth almost like rubbing alcohol. Talk about being scared, then I got light headed. No cough or tightness in the chest though. But still very scary.

These are all symptoms from tren acetate. It's a VERY powerful drug. Lowering the dose will help but may not eliminate symptoms. Once "in a great while" I'll get "similar" symptoms with test - but not nearly as dramatic.
