looking to take either anavar or winny but alone which would u guys recommend for a oral cutting cycle either.

1-8 Anavar 40mg/ed

or

1-6 Winstrol 50mg ED

and what kinda Pct would u suggest with these will use milk thistle to help out the liver

If its a MUST to run alone, I would pick the Anavar hands down. I would never run Winstrol by itself.
I would suggest Clomid/Nolva for PCT and Synthergine for liver protectant.

good advice there. Are you going to take anything else with it? Var is a better alone than winny, have you used either before?

Could i run 1-8 Anavar 40mg/ed and run the eca stack 2 weeks on 1 week off through out the cycle and have nolva weeks 1-2 at 40mgs/ed and then 3-4 at 20 mgs for pct

you should throw in some clomid the first 2 weeks of pct too. It has been showed when ran together it has faster HPTA recovery. The thing is people like to do as little PCT as possible or keep it real easy but then those people lose their gains most of the time.
