hello all, I have been hangin around this board for a couple of months now just reading and learning from you all...well here is my first post....I am ready to start my cycle of test e. for ten weeks I am 25, 6'0, 197 poundswith 20% body fat.....Over the past year on other boards all I ever hear is that you should be at 15% bf or lower before you start a bulking cycle...how true is this?...im ready to start my cycle, but I will lose 5% bf if it is really necessary...i just wanted some input on how necessary it is for me to be at 15%...thank you guys and props go to Alin for his great service and timeliness of his response to my emails and for the arrival of my packages.:D
 
There is no "real %" of where you have to be in order to start a cycle. However most feel that 15% is a good starting base because of the less water and fat you will be holding. Why? Because let's say you start a cycle and are 20% body fat. Towards the end of your cycle you really won't see your nice gains(physique wise) if you don't get your body fat down. You will be strong no doubt, but you will be a strong tubby wubby. See?

First off, definately big bump to the man Alin!! As for your question, I would suggest not starting any cycles until you get your BF% as low as you can, to better achieve the gains and goals that you are looking for. 12-15% is a good starting point, IMO.........
