I dealt with them about 6 months ago and i'll tell you they did shit for more me that nobody else would do for anyone "at all " I cant tell you what it was but I am forever in there debt Thanks Alinshop

3 months+ for me, and still nothing. He offered a discount if I re-order, but that's a drop in the bucket compared to what I spent. Customer service has been great, I just wish customs would cough up a letter.

wow same problem going on here, Im starting to think that customs might not be the one to blame. I got one letter and no follow ups and its been over a month since the seizure. To tell you the truth I think Im getting screwed over in a bad way. So like I said before Im glad alin rocks for the select few, but for me and what I see many others he's a disapointment.

My quetion would be, after you emailed Alin a copy of the seizure letter to his alternate account, did you then email his primary account to inform him that you did infact email him a seizure letter?! When I've had damages, I always send an email to his heartcable account after I send pics as I don't think he checks that account unless someone has issues with an order?! Just a thought bro..............

yeah... i'm not thrilled with his customer support. i initially emailed him a question about ordering, he took 3-4 days to get back, which was probably fair because it was the weekend, but i just placed an order and fudged it (thankfully havn't sent money), and it's been about 4 days and still no reply. it's making me really nervous about sending him $400....

Ive never even dealt with ALLIN, and I know he is GOOD STUFF. He is a board sponsor and has a refference list from California to New York. He doesnt need to steal your $400. If u are nervous about sending $400, maybe mail order is not for u.

PS. You should not have these conversation in an open forum (knocking his customer support). You havent even sent any money, how can u be not thrilled. He is a busy man.

Bump this, I totally agree!! If you are nervous about 4 hundred, how about sending 4g's?!! I and MANY others have never had a single problem with him and as for having to wait a few days for an email, bro it is only him and Michaela with MANY MORE clients then just you to respond to emails about. You try having customers all over the world and see how fast you respond to emails!! Bottom line is, he says that all orders are shipped within 4 business days after receiving funds and that's it. So as long as he holds true to his word then who cares if he takes a few days to respond to a question about a screw up that you made while trying to place an order!!!

Orders in General

When ordering post cards cant we use a fictitious name with the real address for added layer of security. This way your name is not on anything, it just looks like the items were shipped to someone that doesnt live there...looks more like a mistake.

I guess you cant do that if you do registered mail...but otherwise I dont see why not.

Has anyone tried this? International too?
