What Food has alot of Calories
Alright im starting to go through my bulking stage and just need some help from anyone thats got my answer. I always hear on this board and others about peoples diest/Calorie intake being like 4000 Calories or more. Now i get full easily from eating alot of food. So is there a special sort of food i could be eating that you guys know about that has a shit load of Calories? (protein powder, whey, weight gainer) would any of that help? Because my Whey protein is 300 calories per serving so i mean 4000 is way off from that. thanks

Use weight gain powder with water some turn into over 600 calories with around 80 something in protein and carbs are good to,adding whole milk or 2%milk makes the grams of everything go up some around 900 calories and the carbs and protein go up . you eat regular food and throw a couple of these in should help
