My bulking Diet

Hey guys. I want someone to look over my diet and give me some input. The problem is that it is in an excel format. Very nice because it does all the math, but I cannot attach it to a post. I can only email it.

So, if someone would be willing to help me out please pm me or post here and I will email it to you. We can still discuss it here, but I don't want to retype the whole thing.
