Your diet is fine. You'll definitely grow on that. If you can eat that day in and day out for months at a time you can put on some very nice size.....throw a cycle into the mix and you'll really grow. Just watch your overtraining and get plenty of rest.

Just asking here but....

what's with all the cans of coke every meal?

That can't be good..

Diets are pretty hard to recommend to someone you have no idea how they
respond to certain regimens. Personally I would recommend adding slightly
to your fats and proteins using whole foods and get rid of the cokes, which will bring down your carbs a bit.

Good luck and don't be afraid to change things up down the road if your
not achieving your goals.

thanks for the info guys. I took out the cokes and upped the protien to 480grams protein and dropped the carbs down to about 750 and upped the fat to 150. Everyone seems to tell me that carbs should never be that high because all carbs do are preserve protien and give energy. I feel tired throughout the day so maybe the carbs being cut back will help me burn them more efficiently. I really appreciate the info everyone.

bye the way. yea all the cokes seemed to do was make me look soft. those are cut out for sure.

Watch your waist on that diet. 6500 calories is a lot, even for a big guy like yourself! You didn't say what your daily activity level is, which has a HUGE bearing on caloric intake. If you're an outside laborer or do lots of manual type work, your BMR is more than me, who sits on his ass in an office all day.

You NEED TO avoid ANYTHING that contains "HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP" or sucrose (sugar) when on a high calorie diet like that. Read the "drink label" you'll be surprised how this genetically modified sugar has become mainstream!
