Vitamin B-5
I just started my first cycle, test only.
Before I started my cycle I have had a small problem with acne in the upper back and some zits on the face. Not a big problem but if I get this from working out I want to take something since I am adding test into the mix. I saw a thread awhile back on how much B-5 to take daily(mg), but I cant seem to find the right one. Again your help is much appreciated. Thankyou. |

I think the thread your referring to said 5g/day of B5.
I just started taking it and it tastes horrible. I was going to try and split it up during the day but I read something about taking B vitamins after working out(its been awhile I don't remember it) so now I just take 2, 2.5g doses about 2 hrs apart late in the evening. |

The protocol I found on some zit forum along with a B5 supplier in Australia said to start with 5mg 3 times a day for the first few weeks and then down to 10mg a day in 3 dosages for about 3 to 5 months.
I have/had bad acne and was snarkin' dow about 30mg a day and it didn't do anything for me except give me the shits, but that is just me. I have also heard that it is a waste of money but some swear by it. If you just have a few school girl pimples it probably works but mine was nodular and bad most of the time, now I'm on accutane and it's much better. |

my dbol moon face is going 5-10 grms aday
plus wash scrub wipes water vit c zinc multi has done wonders for my acne induced post moon face didnt come while i was on but came 2-3 mnths after? works for me but every 1 is different! Last edited by lordan; 01-10-2007 at 01:31 AM. |
