I am 5'9 195 i just lost 25lbs i am in desperate need of the most killer ab workout there is. i cant get my abs past the little layer of fat above them thats left. im trying to get them really tight and defined. i know diet is a huge key but i maybe someone has some good advice that will get me results fast. in addition i need a great workout to get my peck larger all around also. any advice would be appreciated.
