need help with abs

I am 5'9 195 i just lost 25lbs i am in desperate need of the most killer ab workout there is. i cant get my abs past the little layer of fat above them thats left. im trying to get them really tight and defined. i know diet is a huge key but i maybe someone has some good advice that will get me results fast. in addition i need a great workout to get my peck larger all around also. any advice would be appreciated.

Wont happen. Diet and consistency are key, with and without drugs.

If you want to gain more muscle, you have to eat for it. So if youre dieting down to lose fat, your body wont want to put on much more muscle. So pick 1 goal first and run with it.

you can have the best abs in the world if theres fat over them they wont show...diet the fat down...alex
 
any type of sit up, sit up machine ,decline bench is a killer ,the wheel roller

cardio on empty stomach before you eat in the morn ,conistentley you may not see results for a while but you will see them ,watch your diet ,know your own body and how it responds

or just get some clen

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym

That's a great quote from Anthony Ellis and TRUE. Exercise will shape and tone the muscle but if it's got fat covering it you won't see any progress.

If you're like me, the mid section is the LAST place I lose BF and first place I put it on! :eek: :mad: :p
