OK here's my story; I have been on a bulk since my senior year of highschool. I am now a junior in college. I have a decent amount of fat on me my scale says 20% not sure if it is accurate. I am 6'4 235 lbs ive posted pictures on here before gained alittle size in the past few months. I usualy eat all day long about every 1-2 hrs about 50g protein 50g carbs per meal, I also drink about 2-4 60g protein shakes. I just make sure my protein comes out over 500 grams. My goal is to maintain maybe even gain alittle size with the new supplement plan I have devised, all whille leaning out. I lean out very easily before i started bulking I weighed about 165lbs and yes i was 6'4 then too a stick, so I'm not worried about leaning out.
I have started to clean up my diet eating only lean protein and eating only whole wheat carbs reducing the carbs to about 30g a meal, except for later in the day starting at about dinner time I only eat veggies not starch or wheat. Then before bed protein only.
My problem is i feel hungry even after I eat, I don't mind the hungry feeling I just get scared hungry=losing muscle. Any oppinions advice would be appreciated.
