test flu?

any suggestions to remedy some test flu? dang.. it sucks.. i havent cycled in over 2 years, and the test seems to be gettin g to me. only 3 shots of prop done, at 100mg per shot, and my oh my...

i feel like crud.. workouts are awesome, but man... all achy and tired!!

had it last night, started sat, killed legs on mon, tues night got fever and achy for a few hours

prop contains propionic acid theres no way around the test flu if youre prone...shoot in to bigger muscles is the only remedy i know...alex

Drop the ecinacea it's worth less, keep banging down around 6000mgs of vit c and keep the zinc dose twice the recommended amount for a week. T/flu can last 1 maybe 2 weeks some people even longer. Eat plenty of carbs and protein to boost your immune system and get on some good strong b complex.
