Maintaining gains post cycle?

I'm curious as to how long the body takes to normalize after a cycle. I'd love to keep all the strength I added over the last 2.5 months, but I know that realisitcally I will experience a (hopefully) slight decline as I go through PCT, and I'm curious as to when I'll be back to moving in a positive direction. More specificcally, I took Var and Winny while cutting up with T3 and clen, and though my bodyweight is down 4lbs, I added a few pounds to my lifts.

What have your experiences been with maintaining progress made on a cycle? Is it unrealistic to think that my strength won't drop much, as long as I keep my diet in check?

make sure your on aproper pct protocol and eat and rest. also when OFF i like Tribulis/Hohimbe stack its awesome for libido and the trib is a test booster and it does help some but remember bro when your ON your ON and when your OFF you suck, lol!!!! its all part of the game but on my first 2 cycles i didnt loose a lb and no strenght loss just kept it all together!!
 
i agree with all of the above + i would only add that you should focus more on your nutrition post cycle and keep it up as much as possible it will definitely reduce any post cycle loss of muscle...alex
