1st cycle need help

I am 22 years old and have been training for 5 years. I am 5'10 160lbs (pretty slim i know, but cut). I eat 5 meals a day averaging about 4500 calories. For the past year and a half I have not been able to get any bigger. I am very interested in starting an AAS cycle and would like to know what my first cycle should be. Most people say TEST, but I don't want to lose most of my gains after I am finished with my cycle and PCT. does anyone have any suggestions?
 
test has to be there ,it's the bread and butter for muscle gain. if you are a hard gainer like me test will work great and lots of food .do the research and find the right combo it all depends on what your goal is. remember the best gains to keep are the small ones . the body can't hold on to alot of new added weight nor does it want to it's to hard. slow steady progress and the body can adapt to it. to much quick weight is quickly lost. go with test ent for 10 to 12 wks. maybe add in an oral such as d-bol around 30mg for the first 4 wks

Test is best...

first cycle is usually recomended to only run one compound...just to see how your body reacts...

though i think you should gain some weight naturally(and at 160 you really can) test E is a good starter compound...around 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks....

go there, it has all the info u need to know! jus bc u say u eat 4500 cals a day and u havnt grown any in a year doesnt mean u should turn to aas. how much protein r u getting? what kinda foods r u eating? maybe u should try to change up ur diet and training a bit. the body does adapt to things so u have to confuse it to keep it on its feet and keep it growing. by the looks of ur post u need alot of research brutha! not givin u the flame at all jus lookin out. alot of guys wont answer ur question or some will flame the hell outta u or ask if its a joke. bc these post r done all the time and plenty of info if u search for them. best of luck bro

Now I will give you this bit of advice, What ever you decide stay away from orals for now. Do your research first. If you want to grow you gotta squat, plain and simple. If your not squatting so your legs hurt for three days........well your not squatting. Full deep squats not the sissy shit you see guys doing with 3-4 plates aside. Hamstrings on calves type squats. These will drive your system through the roof and trigger some mean growth gains, and strength, you will get stronger on everything and guess what? All without aas. That's right, no gear! Get your protein up and carbs medium to high. keep some good fats in your diet and you will grow. Something close to this: p 45% c 35% f 20%. try it and adjust accordingly.

Growth principles for beginners, you can't go wrong starting with reading that whole thread.
 
Test is a must for a cycle, especially for a first one. You will keep your gains more than you think if you will continue woking out and a good diet.
 
Gains retained

I personally have kept all my gains when taking test with no side effects. I suggest getting some clomid to keep around however as some people can gain lots of water or get estrogenic side effects like gyno. The clomid should keep you safe.
