and still in considerable "consideration" over gear, but it seems domestic vs. international is like a 50 - 100 markup for the same product(s)? I understand customs paradigm but are we talking the same quality here? Just a premium for customs? Apples to apples?

Seems like A & M have everyone beat to hell, but then you have the wait and the uncertainty factor?

Also, again I'm early and I searched first, do you have an equivalency chart to make sure I understandi without a doubt cc's, ml's, mg's, amp's, etc....

Here you go buddy. All except for amps. which are the glass vials (usually 1ml).

As far as international vs. domestic......you have to do your own research im afraid.
