two questions...

i went to order needles from the board sponsors website and the longest 23 gauge needle they have is 1 1/4 inch, everthing i have read says you need 1 1/2 inch needles for glute injections. is 1 1/4 sufficient?


on this board the general consensus seems to be that you shouldnt train any more frequently when you are on aas but on another board i got flamed for asking that. they said you should train each bodypart twice a week while on aas. can someone shed some light on this for me? i want to get everything right.
 
I use from 22 to 25 gauge but they are all one inch and a half. I personaly prefere that, but I would not have any problem using an inch an a quarter if that was all that was around.
Train as often as is comfortable for you. Its all about what works for YOU.

1 1/4 is more than long enough for the glutes.

Regarding what the people on the other board told you, tell them that they are morons.
 
Yes, for glutes I am using 1 1/4 , good size.
 
1.25" needles are fine. train your body parts once a week. I train five days. 1 bodt part each day. I go to town on that body part and let it rest for a week and then tear it up again. This should avoid overtraining. You are in the right place. As a rule we will not flame you until your second post.....LOL (only kidding). I left some of the other boards and came to this one because it is "PROFESSIONAL MUSCLE". I didn't like the kiddies on the others!! Do your research here and look up stuff before you ask too many questions, then the questions you ask will be informed ones and not ridiculous. It is this way you will get help. We help those that help themselves!
 
thanks for all the input... just for the record this isnt my first post and i read damn near every thread before i made my first post. by reading all those threads i came to be under the impression that 1 1/2 inch was needed for glutes. i also learned that you should work each bp once a week, when i applied that knowledge on another board they acted like i was ignorant for even thinking that. i have seen threads and members here advocating twice a week bp training so i just wanted to get some new info to feed my obsessive mind. anyways, not trying to get defensive its just ive read the newbie posts where they obviously didnt read shit before they posted and i just wanted to let it be known, that aint me...
