injection pain

Im assuming this happens from time to time for a good majority of us and now its happened to me again and it sucks,shot my leg the other day in the front tear drop,it just seemed easy access when your doing a shot alone,anyway both tear drops are currently in pain,seems like its slowly fading but still suck,the area is pretty tight and tender I dont think I'll be shootin this area any time soon,it just seem like a simple area but I guess not used a 25x1 shot deca and test e,any suggestion or comment would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of nerve endins and motor units in the legs and especially the vastus medialis (teardrop). The smaller the muscle the more chance of hitting veins, nerves and such. Also the smaller the muscle the easier it is to irritate with injections. I would stick with the larger accessable groups like quads, shoulders, glutes.

yea man Im in some pain let me tell you I cant say its a nerve just seems to be the oil is sitting there and may take a day or so to disperse or three or four WOW anyway yes today wasnt a good day the worst yet hoping tomorrow is better can hardly stand up,but thanks for the advice,I wont be hitting that spot again.
